How long does installation take?
It depends on the size of the project. A single room can take 1–2 days. A full villa automation or home cinema typically takes 2–4 weeks.
What brands do you use?
We work with industry-leading brands including Lutron, Control4, KNX, Crestron, Wisdom Audio, PMC, Paradigm and Anthem, depending on what is most suitable for the project.
What should I look for in an AV integrator?
Five things separate a serious integrator from a hardware installer:
1. Design-stage involvement — they join at schematic design, not after first fix.
2. MEP coordination — drawings aligned with structural, electrical, and architectural before cable runs.
3. In-house engineering — programming, calibration, and tuning by their own team, never subcontracted.
4. Documented handover — as-built drawings, credentials, warranties, and a maintenance plan provided at completion.
5. Long-term support — a single point of contact, remote diagnostics, and an actual response time when something needs attention.

What does a properly-quoted AV system actually include?
Hardware prices are roughly the same across the industry — what changes between quotes is everything else. A full Custom AV scope includes:
- Schematic design coordinated with your architect, MEP consultant, and interior designer before any cable goes in
- Structured cabling specified, labelled, tested, and documented to enterprise standards
- In-house programming, calibration, and acoustic tuning by our own engineers
- Documented handover with as-built drawings, credentials, warranties, and O&M materials
- Long-term support with remote diagnostics and a single point of contact for years to come
Some quotes in Dubai cost 30-40% less. Those typically skip one or more of the above. The system ends up installed but underperforming — and the real cost is paid in the years after handover, not on day one. Retrofitting a smart home properly typically costs 30-50% more than building it right the first time. We’ve rebuilt enough of them to know the difference.
Can you work on an existing property, or only new builds?
Both. We regularly retrofit smart home and AV systems into existing properties with minimal disruption, using wireless solutions where needed.

What warranty do you provide?
All installations come with a 12-month workmanship warranty. Individual products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty in addition.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after installation?
Yes. We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts for both residential and commercial installations, including regular health checks, remote support, and priority response if anything needs attention.
